New Navigation Features in Livebook v0.14

Livebook v0.14 has launched with significant improvements aimed at streamlining code navigation. Users can now view all defined Elixir modules in the new Outline panel, enabling quick access to sections of their notebook. This panel allows for easy navigation by clicking on a module name, which automatically scrolls to its definition. Additionally, the new 'go to definition' feature allows users to navigate directly to the function or module by holding Command or Ctrl while clicking on the module or function name. These updates reflect the commitment to improving the developer experience with Livebook.
