Paraxial.io Introduces Phoenix LiveView Support

Paraxial.io, a security product focused on the Elixir ecosystem, has officially introduced support for Phoenix LiveView. LiveView is known for enabling developers to create real-time web applications efficiently. Paraxial.io's new features include XSS detection for LiveView's HEEx templates, the ability to block bot traffic, and rate limiting WebSocket connections to prevent abuse such as mass login attempts. The security tool now properly scans .html.heex files for XSS vulnerabilities, extends its bot defense capabilities to address initial connection spam, and recently added protection against excessive WebSocket request rates in established LiveView connections. Paraxial.io also provides Slack alerts for banned IPs and comprehensive documentation on implementing these LiveView security measures.
